Tom Watkins has closed over $ 100 million in apartment building and investment properties and credits his success as a broker to his in-depth market knowledge, accurate underwriting ability, profound work ethic, and well-built working relationships within the los Angeles brokerage community. His focus on apartments in Los Angeles County has also helped him develop relationships with many of the largest apartment owners in the county.
Tom started his real estate brokerage career in the Long Beach office of Marcus & Millichap in 2005. By 2008 he had earned the distinction of being named the Long Beach office’s most improved broker and became one of the top ten brokers in the Long Beach office. While with Keller Williams, Tom has earned a number of accolades including top volume closed and top volume written.
Tom has also invested in apartment buildings and is well aware of both the benefits and challenges of owning apartment buildings. Furthermore, while administrating syndication projects, Tom has been involved in the development of mixed use properties in Los Angeles commencing at the entitlement phase.
Tom graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut where he served as Team captain of the Division 1 Hockey team his Junior and Senior years. He was inducted into the Quinnipiac Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012, and now serves a member of the Quinnipiac University Alumni Hockey Mentorship Program. He currently resides in Redondo Beach.
Hythum Kiswani, Vice President of Investments, is a retail and industrial specialist who has been working in the greater Los Angeles market for over nine years with a primary focus on the Westside and South Bay communities. He has closed over $40 million in sales and leasing transactions.
Also Hythum has worked in commercial real estate finance for over 14 years. He has a BA in Communications and a BA in political science from San Jose State University.
He has travelled extensively, spending several years in Europe, Southeast Asia, and New Zealand.
As one of the founding partners of Pacific Peak Real Estate Group, Scott O’Neill specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of a variety of commercial real estate assets throughout Southern California.
Scott spent more than two years as a member of one of Marcus & Millichap’s top multifamily investment brokerage teams during which time he rose to become one of the team’s most consistent and valued producers. In 2013 after only one full year of brokerage, Scott finished number five in Marcus & Millichap’s Long Beach office out of forty agents and was awarded the most improved agent award. This success also led to Scott being featured in a Marcus & Millichap press release as one of the “Best of the Best”. Scott has successfully represented investors in the acquisition and disposition of over $100,000,000 million dollars of real estate over his career. He has also been sought out in an advisory capacity in numerous transactions throughout the country. Scott has been able to aid his clients through his extensive market knowledge, comprehensive property analysis, aggressive marketing strategies, and valued investor relationships. Scott’s continued commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism throughout every transaction allow him to consistently exceed his client’s expectations.
Scott graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Business and Communication. In addition to studying at Arizona State University, Scott studied Economics and International Business at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain. As a past member of Arizona State University Men’s ACHA Division 1 hockey team, Scott now serves on the ASU men’s hockey Alumni Advisory Board.
Greg is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he double majored and received a BA in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship.
After graduation, Greg launched a career in the volatile futures trading pits of Chicago, specializing in proprietarily trading Fixed Income, Currency, and Equity Derivative Markets. Using a global macro approach, Greg led a team of 5 traders to a 30% annual ROI from 2007-2011. He relocated from Chicago to Hermosa Beach in 2012 to start his own trading operation. Soon afterward, his expanding expertise in financial markets led him to become active in the Southern California commercial real estate space. In 2015, after a 10 year career successfully navigating the capital markets, Greg decided to revisit his collegiate aspirations and join the Pacific Peak team.
Greg specializes in multi-unit residential, retail, and industrial properties; applying his market expertise to consistently exceed the investment goals of his clients. Along with his colleague’s relationships with key buyers and stakeholders in the LA marketplace, it is Greg’s unique vision and in depth understanding of macroeconomic factors affecting the market that makes him an integral addition to the Pacific Peak Investment team.
